The 7th annual RRXC Trail Run takes place Saturday, December 2nd from Tejas Camp and we run the trail 11 miles to Cedar Breaks Park in Georgetown. As a celebration to our season, running, and team family, we invite all of our runners to join in the fun.
Our morning trail run will start from Tejas Camp where we will enter the trailhead and head West to finish 11 miles later at Cedar Breaks Park.
THE TRAIL is pretty technical and rocky and follows counter-clockwise around the lake. It begins with an easy single track for the first few miles then transitions into lots of chunky, sharp limestone with great lake views. There is also some elevation change but nothing too challenging. This is not fast course due to the technical aspect of the terrain and runners should carry water.
SATURDAY Dec 2nd
0800 begin run from Tejas Camp
You might consider running with ~ 12oz bottle or Camelbak
